Terms and Conditions for Use of Content from Your Marketing Your and FinU
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and using the content provided by Your Marketing Your and FinU (hereinafter referred to as "the Providers"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the content provided by the Providers.
2. Content Usage
The content provided by the Providers is for the User's personal and professional use in marketing and educational efforts. The User may not resell, redistribute, or pass off the content as their own original creation.
3. Intellectual Property
The Providers retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the content. The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for the User's business and marketing purposes.
4. Liability
The Providers hold no liability for the use of the content by the User. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the User's use of the content.
5. Compliance with Platforms
The User is responsible for ensuring that the use of the content complies with the terms and conditions of any platforms on which the content is used, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google.
6. Facebook Requirements
When using the content on Facebook or any Facebook-related platforms, the User must comply with all Facebook terms and policies, including but not limited to the Facebook Advertising Policies. The User acknowledges that Facebook has no affiliation with the Providers and does not endorse the content provided.
7. Modifications to Terms
The Providers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The User's continued use of the content after any such changes shall constitute the User's consent to such changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Providers operate, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
By using the content provided by Your Marketing Your and FinU, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and releases Your Marketing Journey, FinU, all staff, partners, officers of this business from all legal lability.
Access and Use of Service
1.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password. You are also responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. If you fail to keep your account and password secure, other users may be able to access the Service through your account and may be able to access your account information. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you must immediately notify us and ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service.
1.2 Membership Sharing
Each membership account is intended for use by a single individual. You may never use another's account, and you may not provide another person with the username and password to access your account. Any attempt to do so may result in the termination of your account.
1.3 Content Distribution
All digital assets included in the membership, including but not limited to videos, images, and written materials, are intended for use by account owners only. Sharing or distributing this content to others, whether for profit or not, is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your account.
1.4 Refund Policy
Your Marketing Journey, FinU does not offer refunds for any reason, due to the nature of our products and services. All sales are final.
For Memberships
Upon enrollment, you will receive immediate access to the content and features included in your membership. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
